Edbentor was founded in 2003 with the commitment to provide customers with innovative products and designs while focusing on complete customer satisfaction. In recent years, the computer marketplace has shifted its focus overseas. As a result, the industry has suffered significant setbacks domestically and many companies have either folded, or cut their workforce. Companies in search of solutions for their applications are limited to mass-produced products and minimal customer service. Edbentor was established to fill that void and restore customer confidence in the products they buy. We take pride in our ability to respond to customer needs. At Edbentor, we want our customers to have a positive experience throughout the entire design process. From concept to production, we will address and incorporate all ideas and requests by our customers. Although our company is relatively new, our foundation is rooted in many years of experience. The founders of the company all have backgrounds working in large corporations and are fully aware that customer service and customer loyalty are the keys to success. We understand how important pricing is to our customers. But equally important, we want our customers to feel confident about the products they receive from us.
